Terms of Service

Hoosier Scoops, LLC

 

By using www.hoosierscoops.com, a service of Hoosier Scoops, LLC you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Hoosier Scoops, LLC reserves the right to update and change the Terms of Service without notice. Any new features that augment the current service, including the release of new tools and resources, shall be subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.

By ordering the service you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

 

Operations

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC operates Monday – Friday from 8 A.M. to 8 P.M. and Saturday from 10 A.M. to 8 P.M. Service days are pre-arranged and determined by customer location. Note: Depending on clientele volume, operation hours/days may be extended.

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC observes the following holidays and will be closed for business: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. If your service day falls on one of the listed holidays, your service will be rescheduled for another day within a week. 

  • In the event of an emergency that renders Hoosier Scoops, LLC ability to service your property, you will be serviced within 2-3 business days.

  • In the event of service-limiting weather, service may be delayed and returned within 2-3 business days. 

     

Access to Property

  • By ordering the residential or commercial service you are agreeing to allow Hoosier Scoops, LLC access to your property on the designated day of service.

  • If Hoosier Scoops, LLC is unable to access your property on the designated day of service, it will be recorded as completed and deemed chargeable (We understand life happens. We will work with all of our customers). Note: A courtesy email will be sent, informing you why access was prevented.  

 

Billing & Pricing

  • By ordering the Residential or Commercial service, you are authorizing Hoosier Scoops, LLC to charge your card for the value of the chosen frequency and number of dogs.

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC currently offers the following methods of payment; cash onsite, check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • Payment is due 15 days after the invoice date. There is a $25 returned check fee and a $10 late fee if payment is not postmarked by the due date. 

 

Guarantee/Complaints

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC offers a “re-scoop” guarantee. We’re working hard to establish a reputation built on reliability and quality service. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service we will return to your property within 24 hours. You’re a valued customer; therefore we will work with you to resolve any issue to your satisfaction. Note: If the serviced property is overgrown with grass, leaves, debris, etc. Hoosier Scoops, LLC reserves the right to void the guarantee.

Cancellation & Termination of Service

While on the chargeable service, the following applies:

  • You can put your account on hold to skip a day as long as a 48-hour notice is provided before the start of your designated day of service.  An additional charge will not be applied when the service resumes as long as it doesn’t reach beyond a 2-week period.  For any period longer than that, a charge may be applicable based on the initial cleanup charge once service resumes.

  • You can terminate the service at any time as long as long as we have received notice within 48 hours of your designated day of service. Any service cancelled after the 48-hour deadline will not receive a refund, as it will already have been routed.

  • You are solely responsible for properly skipping or terminating your service.

 

General

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate service for any reason, at any time.

  • Hoosier Scoops, LLC has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

  • Physical, verbal, or written abuse of any Hoosier Scoops, LLC customer or employee will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

  • You understand and agree that Hoosier Scoops, LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

  • By ordering the service you understand that we may send you communications via electronic email. Note: You may opt-out at any time by contacting Hoosier Scoops, LLC at (317) 721-8806 or info@hoosierscoops.com

  • Providing false order information with a lower number of dogs that actually use the property may result in termination of service without refund.
